About Rise to Wellness

Rise to Wellness is a nonprofit organization committed to teaching children how to live lives of peace, happiness, and joy through our comprehensive "World Mental Health Curriculum." Our mission encompasses developing evidence-based educational materials, conducting research on mental health interventions for children, and working with schools and communities globally to implement our curriculum at no cost to educational institutions.

Our curriculum focuses on essential life skills including emotional regulation, social skills development, communication abilities, psychological flexibility, conflict resolution, and personal accountability. We utilize standardized psychometric assessments to measure the effectiveness of our interventions and conduct controlled studies to demonstrate the impact of our educational approach.
